Come and join us for a unique experience through the fusion of music and specialty coffee. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the sounds and flavors of coffee.

Moy Plazola, the guitarist of Caloncho, who will provide a musical warm-up and play during the tasting, creating a synesthetic experience. Each melody is inspired by different coffee extraction methods. Leo Alvarado, master roaster, will be presenting a specialty bean from "Rancho El Separo," winners of the Cup of Excellence Mexico award. You'll have the chance to taste the beans using different extraction processes and discover the changing tones that the beans can offer.
