PULLED PORK BAO BUNS: Soft bao buns filled with pulled pork, glazed with honey garlic sauce, served with cucumber, lemon zest, and miso mayo.

SHOYU RAMEN: A rich and comforting bowl made with dashi broth, tare, noodles, marinated pork belly (chashu), crispy leeks, nori seaweed, yellow lime slice, ajitsuke tamago (cured egg), spring onions, and ginger-garlic aromatic oil.

PORK GYOZAS: Steamed and pan-seared pork dumplings, a timeless classic we all love.

SHRIMP GYOZAS: Shrimp dumplings with YAO´s signature magic touch.
